We analyze rulings, opinions, contracts and arbitration cases, focusing on lexical precision and formal register. Activities include simulated client meetings, clause negotiations, case presentations and guided document drafting. Participants learn to argue clearly, ask targeted questions and manage complex exchanges with colleagues and international counterparts.
