You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, directly from your account. Late cancellations or absences without notice are counted as lessons completed. In the event of documented technical issues, we evaluate rescheduling or refunding on a case-by-case basis.

We offer packages of 10 meetings of 30 or 60 minutes for 10 WEEKS. You can pay securely by credit/debit card, via Stripe or bank transfer where available. The invoice or receipt is automatically sent by email after payment.
